Snowflakes

I've been on a crocheted snowflake kick lately, I've made eight since the new year. I've got a bunch of other WIPs laying around that I should be working on but I'm enjoying the break from my usual afghans in favour of projects that are short and sweet. There's a 2009 Snowflake Crochet-Along over at Crochetville that I plan on following this year. I haven't officially joined up because I'm not so good at follow-through on these things, so I'm just going to lurk in the background and see how well I do. The same group had done a 2008 Snowflake CAL and my goal is to do half of last years flakes before I go back to work in three months. I think I can do it. I'll keep you posted.

  2. I'd love to see some snowflakes you've crocheted. I've always wanted to make some but can't get past the whole "I can't really crochet" thing. :)

I'm sure they're beautiful, show us!
